Returning members and (informed) new members, please fill out the following forms:

GHS Membership Form 1- Important: This form is required for membership for all families even if you do not intend to enroll your children in Creative Learning Days or Enrichment Classes.

Behavior Standards/Rights & Responsibilities/Membership Agreement

If you wish to participate in the Friday Program, you will then need to fill out the Creative Learning Days Form and/or Enrichment Classes Form depending on the grades of your children.

• GHS Creative Learning Days Form 2 -  For families with children in K-6 grades.
• Enrichment Classes Registration Form 3 – For families with middle and high school kids.
