Absentee Guidelines
2022-23
We cannot run without all hands on deck. Please do your very best to be present every week
and to be on time, with the obvious exception of illness and emergency situations. We do ask
that you or your child(ren) be cleared of fever or throwing up for 48 hours. There are only
25 total days of classes and events in our school year, and we really need everyone present and
active to make this co-op run smoothly.
In case of an unavoidable absence please do the following:
Grace service event:
1. The parent must find coverage for their service position.
2. The parent then must notify the chairperson of the event, and notify Amie Hurley at with the date, substitute person, and the event they will miss.
Weekly Friday Service Jobs:
1. The parent must find coverage for their service position.
2. The parent then must notify Missy Delaney at shylo97@yahoo.com with the date, substitute person, and class they will miss.
3. On the morning of Friday classes, the parent MUST TEXT Missy Delaney at #407-506-6226 BEFORE 7:30 a.m. (no matter how early)

*You MUST make up your missed hour by covering for someone else throughout the year.
*If your student will be out, please notify their teachers. This is a courtesy to the teachers who
plan for your students each week.
*If you miss more than 6 co-op class days you may be asked not to return the following year. Please speak to leadership for special consideration.
